Stains on floors & shower floor

Decor, layout, kitchenette facilities, use of dishes, cups etc. Separate area to change within near the shower room/WC. Ease of entry via codes, communication prior to allow early check and check out.
Lighting in areas was the best, found the ceiling light in the location near the sofa, but beside lights far too bright to relax in bed with. The kitchen is well light but a bit of an odd mix of brightness/dull throughout. Slightly noisy outside due to the bar attached, but nothing too loud or all night.

Location was good clean and comfortable
The key code didn’t work and took ages to get it sorted, plus the sink plug got stuck and the sink wouldn’t empty
