Come to this 3 bedrooms, 2 full bath with a wonderfull backyard view of the canal. Sleeps 6,
walk to grocery, restaurants, banks. This charming home features a kitchen with a very large counter and open space all around. Tile floors everywhere, new roof. Refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, coffee
maker, toaster, blender, dishes, linen, towels, everything is included.
Bring your boat and park it on the big dock, or fish in your very private backyard. Port Charlotte Beach Complex is 5 minutes away. Dining and summer sport facilities and live music are everywhere around the corner

Enjoyed the wide canal and dock off backyard. It was very peaceful in the evenings to fish and relax. Did catch a 30" Tarpon there one night! Home is older and not perfect, but was fine for me with no complaints.

Great location. Host communication was excellent. Too hot to use hot tub this time but it looked nice.
