Beautiful 2 levels apartment at the best beach area of Cancun hotel zone....
Magnifique appartement sur deux niveaux situé au sein du complexe Villas Marlin, dans le plus beau quartier balnéaire de la zone hôtelière de Cancún. Nous nous trouvons dans une résidence fermée bénéficiant d’un service de sécurité 24 h/24 et 7 j/7. Trois piscines, des bains à remous (non chauffés) et un accès privé à la plage. Transats et parasols au bord de la piscine, court de tennis, place de parking pour une voiture.
Cuisine entièrement équipée, climatisation, Wi-Fi.
Supermarché et centres commerciaux de l’autre côté de la rue. De nombreux restaurants, aussi bien chics que décontractés, accessibles à pied. Arrêt de bus à proximité.
Idéal pour les familles.
Niveau supérieur : entrée principale, cuisine, salle à manger et salon. Balcon avec vue sur l’océan.
Niveau inférieur : trois chambres et deux salles de bains.
Chambre 1 : lit king size et salle de bains
Chambre 2 : deux lits doubles
Chambre 3 : un lit double et un lit simple
Les chambres 2 et 3 partagent une salle de bains

The host was very easy to communicate with. Augustin was very helpful and set up our transportaion to and from the airport. He was available with local information. The location is on the beach with pools. It is a spacious unit with great views from the upper level. The property is gated with security access. There is a Sorianna grocery store right across the street. The water is not drinkable from.the tape but the Oxxo is next door for large bottled water. There is no laundry in the unit but there is a laundry service in the next building. The unit is showing signs of ware. Our host was not aware of some issues and was very happy that we made a list for him. He was hoping to fix the filtered water system asap. The bus system is handy in this area.

From the beginning of the booking process the communication with the property manager Jacqueline was fantastic. Best to download the WhatsApp app to communicate. Any questions we had throughout our stay were promptly addressed. We set up transportation through them which was reasonably priced, reliable and clean. The condo was clean and comfortable.The upstairs has kitchen and common room with a deck. The views are ok. there is a building in front of the deck but you can still see the ocean and part of the beach. The downstairs has the bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The beds were pretty comfortable/clean. The bathrooms were nice. It did get sewage smell at times but placing something over the shower drains did help. The showers had good water pressure and usually had enough hot water for all of us. They supplied plenty of towels for the shower and the beach. The only thing I would recommend is either a washer and dryer be available or that the property switch out the towels halfway through the stay. We did ask for a towel change which they said they could accommodate but we decided to stick it out.
Pools were nice. Very strict rules though and some crabby elderly folks who disliked kids having fun. Pools close at 7. Beach was gorgeous. You can rent chairs from beach vendors. Lots of locals and fun to see them having fun. The pool bar has nice staff, good service and the best Michelada I’ve had. The location is the best. Grocery and convenience store 5 min walk. La Isla close too
