Pool plus lake made it great for kids and adults. Great dock

We had a multi family group stay over July 4th week and it couldn't have been better. When you walk in there is a big "WOW" effect with the expansive open living/kitchen setup and floor to ceiling wall of doors that give you the best view of the lake at all times! We made use of every outdoor amenity from the dock, slide, rope swing, kayaks and pool to every indoor luxury...the super well stocked kitchen, kid's games, pool table, ping pong, relaxing bedrooms and living area. Plenty of things to keep everyone entertained all week long and we were so sad when the week was over. The property was exceptionally clean and had everything you could ask for. It's an amazing location on the lake but if you like a quieter "vibe" then this might not be for you on a holiday weekend. We didn't mind though and loved all of the action all holiday weekend. Earlier in the week before the holiday was much more calm and "normal." We were treated to multiple fireworks shows all over the lake and had such a great view from the second story dock. The check in was a breeze and the property is right by Wakepoint so you can walk over for an easy meal or hang as well as an HEB and many other restaurants and things within 5 minutes in Kingsland! We hope to return next year!

We had a wonderful time at this lake house! It was the perfect getaway for our family, and our two teenage boys (plus their two friends) stayed busy the entire time enjoying all the amenities. Between the kayaks, paddle board, jump rope, water slide, swimming pool/hot tub, pool table, ping pong, foosball, video game table, and the two arcade machines, there was always something fun to do!The house was super clean, and the host was excellent with communication and checking in and letting us know to reach out if we needed anything at all. The lake house was also fully stocked with everything we needed for cooking, both inside and out. The only items we recommend bringing are parchment paper or aluminum foil for baking or grilling. Otherwise, the kitchen had everything covered. There were also plenty of bath towels, swimming towels, laundry detergent, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, and other essentials, which made the stay even easier and more comfortable. And the beds were incredibly comfortable! We all slept great.The location couldn’t have been better as it's close to a great coffee spot, Boat Town for burgers, H‑E‑B, and of course our favorite M&M’s Donuts. Everything was just a short drive away. The river view from the house was absolutely perfect and made the stay even more relaxing. It's also a five-minute drive to Splash Boat Rentals! Thank you for sharing your beautiful lake house with us. We had a fantastic time and look forward to returning!

Everything about this place was spot on! It had plenty of space for everyone to spread out and enough activities to entertain everyone! You guys have thought of absolutely everything! Excellent time!
