Loved the more residential location in contrast to the average options in Tokyo. Facilities were complete, nice and clean. Was close to the station, which has plenty of konbinis, eateries and I believe a mall all around it.
Mostly nitpicky but the cap for the bath seemed to be too big, making it hard to use the tub for that purpose.
There was a device to make up for the lack of plugs but it was still a bit awkward to find a good place where to plug it (I personally disconnected the tv for that but I know not everyone will find that ideal).
Also while not necessarily the fault of the staff, some other guests smoked around the vicinity, and despite being a no smoking room the stench was starting to get inside the facilities unfortunately

It is convenience to check-in and out with well communicated with staff through email. Good location nearby train station by walking distance 10-12 minutes in clam area.
We weare stay at 1st floor closed to the street a bit noisy from trash man and car in the morning.

Did not expect the place to have elevator. So for us who are mostly above 57 years old. It was hard climbing the staircase with the luagages
