Inclusive breakfast was a bit boring

The hotel’s service was excellent, especially the exceptional support provided by the reception and housekeeping staff.

To begin with, I made a reservation through Booking.com that included breakfast, which was one of the main reasons I chose the booking. Unfortunately, there was no way to speak with a representative to confirm or clarify my request, and breakfast was ultimately not included. The room was clean and comfortable overall, I had a great sleep, although there was a slight sewage smell coming from the toilet. Unfortunately, the restaurant experience was disappointing. The service was slow, and the food was not very good. I ordered shrimps with chimichurri and it was shrimps with oil and condiment powder. In the specifications it said "home made" chimichurri. So the next day speaking to the service at the restaurant wasnt pleasant. I went somewhere else for breakfast and perhaps in general food industry doesnt have a good service as both the waitress and the cashier seemed to be in a bad mood, the breakfast was tasty and greatly presented

The price tru booking.com was not the price when I reached to the front desk. And also the room was like a box no windows or door to look outside. The small cool kast was not cooling nothing. There is a issue with bookings and the hotel with credit card payment.
