Staff was friendly and willing to help up to where they are capable of
I understand the reviews and comments about the facilities being dated, and some rooms having a lingering smoke odor...
But with all my issues, the staff tried to help. Of course be realistic you can't exepect them to magically remove the smoke odor from the room, or renovate the entire facility.
