The instructions were received via WhatsApp. Upon arrival, the security guard was very helpful, and we contacted the relevant person by phone. The keys were collected within 10 minutes.
It has all the necessary cutlery and enough for four people. The location is very convenient, as it is close to the Smokehouse and Allan’s Water. It is also easy to find places to eat nearby.
It has a spacious balcony with comfortable seating and a large swing, making it a lovely place to relax and enjoy the greenery and peaceful view.
The water pressure in the second bedroom’s bathroom is too low, so it takes much longer than usual to shower.
The balcony is connected to the next-door unit and is separated only by a metal latch, which made us feel a little unsafe. It would be quite easy for someone from the next unit to access our apartment if we accidentally left the glass door unlocked.

Host was very customer friendly by allowing 1 hr early checkin n extended 1 hr checkout without our request. It fitted our schedule perfectly as we needed the xtra hr to birdwatch more :))

The place was well-equipped with the hotpot pot, as well as a variety of cooking and tea / coffee sachets. The environment also was pleasant. The hosts were responsive and helped us solve some issues that came up.
The beds were creaky and not very comfortable. The hot water was limited and people had to space out their showers to get the hot water supply. The steps that it took to get to the unit was also not informed to me before the stay, and my elderly parents had to take the steps multiple times during our stay which was unpleasant.
