None. Although the hotel is far from MRT, calling Didi to get to places is super easy. The walk from any Nantou Ancient Town Gate to the hotel is understandable and manageable.

Very cool design and interiors in the room, big comfy bed, great bathroom and amenities and the staff were excellent. In the centre of the old town, 5 min walk to the East Gate to get taxis

The staff were great and the room was incredible! So beautiful and well designed. Everything seemed thought out, would definitely stay here again! They provided a lovely selection of drinks and fresh fruit in our suite with a hand written card. Attention to detail is on point!
Nothing, It was amazing!

Breakfast provided was an inauthentic Western-style meal.
There was an unpleasant sewage smell coming up from the drains in the room. Opening the windows did not fully resolve the issue.
I have seen this hotel design style in other countries. For a hotel, however, it lacks a sense of warmth and security.
The surrounding environment and facilities do not match this style, and it is quite noisy in the early mornings and evenings.
Since most of the windows cannot be opened, the lighting could be made brighter.
