The apartment was beautiful. The furniture, robes and slippers made it feel like an exceptional value.
Incredible generously portioned complimentary breakfast - make sure to communicate the time that you want to dine so that the attached restaurant has your reservation.
The front door was a little confusing to other guests - we let ourselves in during one night, and another party was outside pressing a doorbell, frustrated. They were frustrated with us and pushed in past us when we unlocked the door, then walked up the stairs to the lobby and realized it was closed.
For security and communication purposes, I recommend a small but clear placard outside stating the hours of the lobby with a number to call if arriving outside of those hours, with a note on whether other guests can allow arrivals into the building.

The location is great centrally, located for walking around the city close to restaurants and bars. The property building had lots of character, but has been renovated and decorated really well. Everything was clean, there was everything you could need in the apartments and you could really settle in like home.
Honestly, everything was great. My two minor critiques/FYIs are that there is quite a big flight of stairs upon arrival without an elevator so if you're carrying multiple bags, it is a minor inconvenience (this is not unusual for European hotels) and the Wi-Fi in our apartment was quite spotty, but did work well when you were close to it.

Look Living went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. The staff (owners) were incredibly enjoyable - it was a pleasure to meet them. Out of all of my travels, I felt the most hosted at Look Living. The location was perfect. The unit was comfortable and designed well. I will definitely book with them again the next time I'm in Lisbon.
