Obiekt położony w części portowej Fano skąd bardzo blisko zarówno do plaży jak i do restauracji i barów. W pobliżu obiektu znajduje się malutki sklepik spożywczy z sympatycznym właścicielem.
Obiekt posiada zamknięte miejsce parkingowe a sam wyposażony jest we wszystko co niezbędne do wygodnego mieszkania - od pełnego wyposażenia kuchni po zmywarkę do naczyń i pralkę. Gospodyni uprzejma i pomocna we wszystkim co niezbędne. Z obiektu w kilka minut można dojść na pieszo do historycznego centrum Fano. Dla kawoszy jest okazja do posmakowania kawy Moretta - sposobu parzenia i podawania tego napoju powstałym w Fano.

Die Unterkunft liegt direkt am Hafen, 5 Minuten zu Fuß vom Strand entfernt und cirka 3 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt findet man gleich cirka 10 Lokale.
Die Unterkunft war sauber, groß und gemütlich. Es gibt einen Parkplatz, zu empfehlen wenn man nicht grad ein 5m Auto. Aber auch mit dem zu schaffen.
Da gibt es nichts zu meckern

The location is very good because the loft is near the beach and not far from the oldtown. We stayed here for a week in February and we didn't need a car to see Fano. Of course February is not the beach time but we enjoyed the afternoon walks here. There is a small grocery shop and a few restaurants in the area.
The loft is tastefully decorated, has everything you might need for a short or long stay. The host Chiara was very nice and helpful, she even picked us up at the train station when we arrived in the late evening. Highly recommended!
The ground level of the loft doesn't have the window which makes it a bit darker inside than expected but this is because of the planning of the building. During hot summer days it could be even an advantage!

Appartamento molto pulito e ben arredato. Ottimo il letto e la biancheria. Abbiamo particolarmente apprezzato la posizione vicino al porto canale in una zona ricca di ristorantini e di bar. Sia la spiaggia sia il centro raggiungibili facilmente a piedi.
Per noi che siamo una coppia anziana la camera nel soppalco era scomoda. La scaletta per salire ripida e angusta ci creava difficoltà ma per 3 giorni l'abbiamo superata brillantemente. Se avessimo dovuto soggiornare più a lungo sarebbe stato un problema.
