Breakfast is NA. We enjoyed the location convenience and overall stay was good, but suggestions below.

The condo wasn't as clean as in other years that we were there sand on floor, hair ball in bathroom and sliding door needed cleaned better very smeared. The chemical air freshener is so overwhelming that the smell is still in our luggage and clothing most people are cautious about the health issues associated with air fresheners. Some coat hooks at the entrance would be extremely helpful. A over the door hooks in small room would be great. No need to stamp toilet paper it was still wet when we needed to use it, also ran out in one bathroom.

Had an excellent time staying with my family and child for a great beach vacation. The property was kept really clean and fully functional for everthing that you’d need. The views from the balcony are amazing and I would recommend anyone going to Myrtle beach to stay here. The boardwalk is only 5 mins walk, beach access is direct and they have well maintained pools. They even have a lazy river! Which my kid enjoyed thoroughly

The rooms felt a little small since the space is tight, otherwise everything was great!

Location was great having a balcony overlooking the ocean was beautiful.

I did not find the staff at the desk to be exceptional. When I got there it was hard to get the lady at the front desk to come answer a question left me kind of confused where I had to figure some things out by myself. Then I had a problem with my room my phone died and I did not have the key code so I went downstairs to find somebody for help no one's to be found. That happened a couple times go down to the front desk and nobody was there to help. Also it looked like the toilet in my unit was in rough shape toilet seat look like it was broken and more than a couple times I had to take the cover off the back of the toilet to fix the toilet that would not stop running seems like the chain and flapper were causing issues. So lucky for them I kind of knew what the situation was so the water wasn't running 24/7. A lot of the outlets in the room were worn out so when you go to plug something in your plug would fall right out means that it's time to replace the outlets. Before the amount of money that I paid close to $3,000 for 4 days I think that the maintenance on it maybe should have been a little bit better and the front desk could have been a little bit more responsive and helpful.
