The apartment was spacious and clean. The kitchen was well-equipped and there's an AC in the apartment. It's close to the metro, several bus lines and the Sagrada Familia is in walking distance. There are several shops and restaurants nearby.
The apartment was cold in the evenings. We could not figure out how to heat up the apartment. The windows cannot be closed completely.

The location was incredible and the apartment was very clean and spacious. There was a welcome kit which was a very nice surprise. The area around the building was clean and safe.
There was not a blanket which we could use during the night and we received very few towels considering we stayed for 4 nights.
The staff was very helpful, but we did have a checkin problem so we had to stay outside for more than half an hour before they could solve it.

Amazing apartment, it’s 10 minut walk to the Sagrada Famila and very close to everywhere. Amazing contact with the staff and very clear instructions about everything. We definitely will come back here.

Not much
We got moved, to a different apartment as an “upgrade” that was like 25mins away from where we initially booked. Room had no A/C, and the sound proofing was terrible. Incredible amount of noise was coming from the street as well as the higher floors and the common stairs. The staff was difficult to communicate with, and the guy at the reception needed like 30min to manage to process the payment as well as hand over the document.
