The house was gorgeous, well laid out & very clean. Pool was close. Beach was a short cart drive away. Property had great amenities. We will be back.

We had aBlown fusing causing water heater to malfunction. We called and went to front office at 8pm and they said they come by 11pm. They did not. We had to follow up at 9am and demand maintenance. 14 ppl took cold night showers and waiting for am showers (6 kids). The property itself felt dirty, over used and run down. We’ve been coming to CS for 8 yrs straight. Felt sad. The beach was by far the worst and could use help. SO much seaweed and trash. CS needs to hire a cleaning crew every day to clear debris and oceanfront to provide a ‘clean, upscale’ experience’. They need to up their game at the beach. At least on major holiday weekends. The amenities at CS were 5 star. Marketplace to get small things was super helpful. Their new gift shop is the best I’ve seen. Great styles, colors, selection, prices for upscale type souvenirs.
