Some people were born to host. Maurice & Laureen have created a very special B&B experience for anyone lucky enough to stay. It feels more like a boutique 5* hotel with attention to detail and luxury furnishings. The highlight of my stay was the beautiful breakfast of refreshing creamy pot with fruit compote, followed by muffin with perfectly poached eggs, spinach, homemade hollandaise sauce, chives and roast tomatoes. Laureen is clearly a passionate and gifted cook and guests have the great fortune of reaping the rewards at breakfast. What an absolute treat! People have said it in other reviews but it does feel as though you’ve come to stay with old friends and I will absolutely go out of my way to return here at the earliest opportunity. Thank you for a wonderful stay and a truly relaxed atmosphere. It was also great to share stories.
