I stayed at Gleam Collection Hotel in Istanbul for 8 nights and had a very good overall experience. The hotel has an excellent location, just a 2-minute walk from the metro station and within easy walking distance of major shopping streets, restaurants, and coffee shops. This made getting around the city very convenient.
The staff were professional, helpful, and well organized. They clearly knew their responsibilities and handled everything efficiently. The room was also spotless and very well maintained, which made my stay comfortable.
There are two areas that need significant improvement. First, the breakfast experience was below expectations in terms of food variety, food quality, and the size of the restaurant, which could feel inadequate for the number of guests.
Second, the internet connection was well below an acceptable standard and needs substantial improvement, especially for guests who need reliable connectivity for work or daily use.

The Location of the hotel was perfect. Looks like it was recently renovated and very well maintained. They cleaned the room everyday and towels replaced. The bathroom was equipped with all the necessities.The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful in particular Menekse, Can, Ali & Arda. During breakfast staff would always ask if we needed anything. In general everyone was very polite and efficient.
The size of the room was a bit small for 2 people. It was hard with 2 pieces of luggage to move around. We would have preferred a bigger one. We had a little balcony which overlooked old shabby buildings. Not a pleasant view at all.

The location is good.
First of all, this is not a 5-star hotel for me! They do not have a restaurant, there is only breakfast, for other meals there is delivery that is not good and the quality is bad. Also, out side of the hotel the sitting place was so dirty, there were cats everywhere. Also, there is no parking inside, they parked the car on the street which is not very good, somebody broke our mirror.
