Excellent location, easily reachable from the airport by Alibus. Clean and nicely decorated room, pleasant staff.

The location is absolutely fantastic, close to the main attractions and the train station. The place was very clean, with daily housekeeping and fresh towels every day. The hosts were very welcoming and friendly. There is also a supermarket there , very close, with everything you could possibly need.
We enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely recommend this place!

The location is excellent from a logistical point of view, as it is very close to the central train station. We also appreciated the low price and the accessability of Mario. Also it was possible to check-in one hour early on our request. There is WiFi.
The staff at the bakery where you can pick up your espresso and croissant are very friendly.
The friendly lady at reception only speaks Italian. However, communication in English is possible via WhatsApp with Mario.
Unfortunately, we slept very badly because of the very soft mattresses, which gave us back pain, and the noise from the neighbouring guests. The walls are quite thin, so we could hear the neighbours talking and their baby crying.
The included Italian breakfast consists of an espresso and a croissant at the bakery opposite the B&B. So, if you prefer a full breakfast, you will need to prepare it yourself in your room.
The towels are renewed only once in two days.
