Clean and tidy, if compact but OK for 2. Extremely good sea view. Generally a nice weeks holiday all round. Saundersfoot is a nice seaside town.
Car parking spaces small. 6 flights of steps to the top. Little storage space for food in kitchen. Lots of end of season problems - batteries missing in clock, outside lights not working, mixer tap in kitchen loose etc. RH light dimmer switch cover missing. Couldn't find the 'quad bags' for recycling. Settee cushion wet on arrival. Ceiling light in bedroom not working. Bedroom wardrobe full on domestic cleaning equipment. Limited space for hanging clothes.

The convenience of the property and access to the beach
Would have liked a separation between the balcony’s as we have a dog but thankfully we didn’t let her wander

The views are absolutely amazing
We had a few problems - outside light right outside bedroom window made sleeping problematic and no way of turning it off. Heater in bedroom couldn’t be turned off and made a constant hissing sound. Kitchen lights didnt work so was quite dark trying to cook in the kitchen.
