We had an amazing stay, the location was perfect just minutes from the Georgia Aquarium and World of Coca-Cola, making it easy to explore the city. The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Check-in was smooth, the overall experience exceeded our expectations. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Atlanta!

It was decent stay, doesn’t have private parking, lots nearby pay for parking

The location is prime. You do have to pay for parking. You are near a LOT of restaurants and very near different places for activities. There was a bad smell in the bathroom that did not go away. You can’t adjust the air conditioner. The ceiling fans help. The batteries in the remotes were near dead. There needs to be more towels and bath clothes. I forgot mine. The street noise is high with the people and the loud cars that come through. Please replace the LED lights on the patio. There was a no other light source. Check the door knobs too. Overall, the location is the seller. Please check on your own properties to see what is needed. I think you’ll continue to get not so great reviews and if they are not checked on periodically by the owner. That seem like a good business practice to me.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Good location close to everything we wanted to do and see. We were able to just scooter and use public transportation. The inside of the place has been updated. We didn’t use the kitchen at all. We were a little skeptical only because of the mixed reviews that we encountered but it didn’t deter us since we were planning on eating out anyway. The reason for just an “ok” review was that my son and I were there and the advertisement for the unit really suggested that the second person would have a good place to sleep. They did have a “rollaway” which was a bit of an abomination. They “mattress” for it was incredibly flat and uncomfortable. They also had a small couch that folded flat - akin to a futon. It worked fine - okay so to speak. And they had sheet but no comforter or blanket. We didn’t say anything the first night since it was so late, but first thing in the morning after doing a thorough search of the unit, including the closet where we found the sheets, I reached out to the host to ask for some sort of blanket or comforter. I did so early in the morning so that would give them time to at least respond and hopefully provide something. We didn’t hear back until the following morning after we had left for good. Not cool to pay for something so essential and not have it at all and then not have any correspondence when reaching out. Would stay here as a couple but not with a needed other bed. And not expecting communication sadly.
