The Guesthouse DMZ Stay

Mr. Yoon ist der beste Host den ich bisher hatte auf meinen Reisen. Hilfsbereit, freundlich und mit vielen Tipps aus der Region. Er hilft dir auch dabei deine Touren zu planen wenn du es möchtest. Und wenn du nur entspannt abends ein Bier trinken willst, ist er eine wundervolle Gesellschaft. Die Natur und die Geschichte der Region sind ebenfalls spannend. Du kannst hier sehr viel Zeit verbringen, gerade wenn dir die großen Städte zu viel sind. Das erste Mal, dass ich eine höhere Bewertung als 10 abgeben möchte. Deine Frage sollte nicht sein ob du hierherkommst, sonder wann.

Sieh zu, dass das Fenster nachts geschlossen ist, sonst kann es sehr kalt werden.

I stayed 4 nights in the Guesthouse DMZ Stay. Every day was a day to remember and I truly enjoyed every minute of my stay. Paju is a small city with a country site feeling and very interesting history. I have very good memories from my stay and I really recommend going there.The host is especially welcoming and helpful going above and beyond to make the experience so much better. I hope I can visit again sometime.

I-Like-everything-about-DMZ-Stay! :) This place that I found only with one searching question: what is the nearest accommodation to DMZ? both physically and culturally. And I found DMZ Stay. This was my search and I booked the place. When I arrived I knew, from the first second that I arrived, that this place is magical. I have visited the place 3 times after that. And I have learnt a lot from the owner, from the village... If you are travelling to experience the culture this is the best place. If you travel only as a tourist... still this is the best place because the owner knows about the region very well, has the best guidance tips, and can even help you plan your stay to make the most of it, timewise and experience-wise. The place is also offering guided tours which are worth to go with.

Yoon was VERY accommodating with driving me to the DMZ and picking me up! Much appreciated.

Kitchen area quite messy, and not very clean! The lower bunks were basically on the floor and inconvenient getting in and out of bed was a struggle for me. Breakfast consisted of toast, jam and coffee, it was a long ways from the train station and I had to take a taxi!
