Superb accommodation in a great location on the outskirts of the historic centre of Málaga. Friendly and helpful reception staff, large and very comfortable apartment and excellent beds. The C/Álvarez building is in a very quiet area. Would definitely stay here again.

Location, comfy bed.
Too many rules (like garbage), deposit (150eur). And sink with shelf in the bathroom not correctly installed ( it’s hard to wash face or brush teeth) so we used kitchen sink ( that’s awful).

A quiet location and fairly spacious apartment. Very clean
No information whatsoever regarding the local area. Never have we been on a city break that didn't have info in the room. We were not informed our window in the living area looked out onto the street. We were on the ground floor so people were walking by. The window was covered by a dirty blackout curtain with a few small holes in. As we were next to the front door we heard people coming in very late at night. Obviously this wouldn't be an issue if you liked to stay out past midnight
