Very good location, walking distance to groceries, stores, supermarket, and restaurant. I always consider this hotel as my first choice during my trip to riyadh.

Should keep one table and the chair will be better for guests to do some official work.

We stayed at a 2-bedroom apartment. It is spacious. Shower is comfy with adequate water pressure.
The front desk staff speaks no English. I called the front desk to request extra bedding as there were 5 of us and 1 needed to sleep on the sofa. Once he picked up the phone, he said no English... Then a housekeeping staff came to the rescue as he can speak some English.
