Walking distance to Palm Beach (taking a shortcut, don't follow what google maps shows). Really nice and modern apartment with a beautiful pool. Quiet and clean.

The only thing would be that check in didn't go as smooth as we hoped it would. The keys were not where they were supposed to be so we had to wait in the heat for someone to open the door for us. But other than that small hiccup at the beginning everything else was perfect.

No tuvimos Netflix, le pedí al anfitrión y me dijo que me iban a poner y nunca vino. La pileta de la cocina y el baño se tapaba y no se podía usar, les avise y no lo resolvieron.

Location-With a car, you are minutes away from Aruba’s beautiful beaches and nightlife. I would not stay here without a car, because although it is a *long* walks distance to the beaches/town, the long are quite dark & warm at night. Budget- The apartment is very cheap compared the resorts on Eagle Beach strip. You do compromise on room service, on-site staff etc. & do everything yourself with no bells and whistles. It is comparable to a motel.

Instructions on how to access the building are sent upon arrival to WhatsApp. Unfortunately, internet is very slow internationally and the videos do not load. Pictures of the code to access the keybox were not accurate- the code sent to us was not correct. Fiddling with a keybox in the hot sun after a long travel day was not fun. We finally got in touch with the owner, who then gave us the correct codes… The apartment was decent everywhere except the bathroom. Who ever cleaned it decided to skip the most important place. The toilet had pee stains all around the seat & rim. The porcelain sink bowl was heavily stained with a yellow/reddish residue (possibly from makeup?) We were very disgusted and went to buy cleaning supplies from the market. It was VERY dirty upon wiping. The shower ledge had dried up soap bar residue. Whoever is cleaning the apartments is not doing their job. The kitchen and bathroom soap dispensers were empty. Are we expected to supply ourselves with soap also? We expressed this to the owner and he did not refill the soaps. The owner is absent, unresponsive. For these reasons, I do not recommend this property. Unless you are willing to put in the work to clean it yourself, go elsewhere.
