Really like the comfort. It's a great fit for me when I'm in Austin.

I did not notice a garbage pick up schedule. If it's available I would have put the bins out front.

This is a beautiful house in a lovely neighbourhood in East Austin. The whole house has such a great atmosphere and is decorated beautifully, it really made us feel at home and certainly didn't feel like it was a rental home.The leather armchair is probably the most comfortable relaxer I've ever sat in! We didn't use any kitchen facilities apart from the fridge so cannot comment on them. The 2 bedrooms and bathrooms were lovely and there is a room at the front of the house with a really comfortable sofa bed in. Theres a large private rear garden with BBQ etc. Parking is on street and free of charge, we always found a parking spot right outside every time we needed one. The neighbourhood is a safe one and we walked several times to some very good local bars and BBQ restaurants. We were travelling all around the southern states, we stayed in 8 properties on our trip and this was our joint favourite.

Nothing to dislike here, we loved it.

The eclectic art amazed me and hinted at many travel experiences.

There were no dish towels that I could find. Small spoons in drawer but larger ones would be nice, too. I found a giant pot but couldn’t locate smaller ones. Basics like salt and pepper would be nice.

This house has a great location. The kitchen has all the supplies needed. Parking is easy in this neighborhood. Very quiet neighborhood and close to the river for nice walks. The A/C was fantastic and it was 105 degrees outside.
