Beautiful spacious apartment

Schoon appartement met groot terras op top locatie. Airco en ventilator aan plafond als je niet altijd de airco aan wilt.

Wel oudere badkamer (geen inloopdouche) maar schoon en functioneel.

Fin beliggenhet, nærhet til stranda. Kort avstand til Marbella sentrum. Bassengområdet var bra. Bra kommunikasjon med utleier.

Dårlig utstyrt leilighet. Skygge på verandaen frem til 12 siden den ligger innerst på rekken. Mye mygg på kvelden. Lite fleksibilitet med bagasje ved utsjekking, den kan ikke oppbevares hos vakten eller tas med til bassengområdet.

The location was perfect , also the pool was nice. There is also a parking space for cars .

The place need renovation, also it’s written that there is 2 bedroom but they are separate with a wall with 2 windows on the top without any curtains which mean if the other couple sleep and you turn the light is visible in the second room as well. Also there is no windows for fresh air in the second bedroom.In the shower area there is no place to put your shampoo and shower gel. Also the facility is not providing any sleepers which mean that you need to use your own beach sleepers inside the house with all the dust. The pillow cases and some of the towels has a yellow stain. The balcony was really nice ,but there is no mosquito net, so keep in mind to buy a repellent and to close the doors because you will be eaten. Also you will receive a few days before your arrive form to submit you details with listed rules and some penalties.
