The flat is very well located. It is by the roadside and the market is just in front but the place has good soundproofing. Beautiful sunrise to wake up to in the morning. Also, having a parking space, which is 100m in a separate building from the flat, is a plus as it's tricky to find a parking spot in Las Canteras.
We had difficulty getting the keybox open during the check-in and the check-out but Marcos was easy to reach via Whatsapp and he promptly replied to our messages.

Situación excelente con transporte público a cincuenta metros y la espectacular playa de Las Canteras a tres minutos andando.
El apartamento nuevo, limpio y con todo lo necesario, incluido aire acondicionado.
En resumen un lugar perfecto con una relación calidad precio increíble.
A pesar de ser un edificio nuevo, en el portal se aprecia un ligero olor a desagües, que, sin ser muy intenso, no es agradable, aunque para nada desmerece las bondades del apartamento.

Velmi čisté, plně vybavené včetně kávovaru, french presu, trouby s plechem, myčky, slunečníky, lopatky, toaletní potřeby….Funkční klimatizace, jednoduše dostupný vstup/ klíče. Byt v novostavbě, cca 100 m od pláže, plně zařízené parkování v parkovacím domě. Design bytu moc pěkný, pěkný balkon s posezením. Zkrátka skvělé.
