Big room, private suite, blockout blinds, air con, friendly staff, great breakfast
The owners smoke in their rooms downstairs and while you can’t smell it in the guest rooms, you can smell it in the front foyer

"The villa is beautiful and authentic and run by a lovely couple - it’s obviously their home. The spaces are grand and romantic and the view of the town of Bolsena behind from our room and our bathroom..."
