We had a great stay here. The owner had a lovely warm welcome for us when we arrived. At check in, Lily gave us a map of Ninh Binh and explained where everything is and what the best places are to go and see. The room was lovely and clean and we got a nice breakfast each morning. We also got our laundry done while staying here and it was so nice and fresh for us when we were leaving. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Lovely stay conveniently located a short walk from tam coc centre!! Owner was so sweet and we adored Candy the gorgeous dog who always came to greet us!!! Rooms were spacious, modern, and beds super comfy!
Some building work round the back in mornings but didn’t affect us much!

Lily and her team run a fantastic place. It was absolutely spotless, and the room was amazing and comfortable. We were in 301 which is next to the main road but we could hardly hear the traffic because of the soundproofing, just the odd bus tooting its horn. Nice breakfast each morning.
Lily was so helpful with giving us advice about the area.
I also fell in love with Candy, the security dog 🐕
It's located slightly out of the town, but only a 15 minute walk to the main centre
