It fit everyone just fine. Only 4 people
It had a musty smell

Location for accessing MTB trails is excellent and prevents a lot of unnecessary driving.
Property overall was mainly clean, but there were areas that could use more attention. Cobwebs in windows, master toilet leaks and some linens needed additional washing.

Location, location, location. One car garage was nice to protect things. AC was wonderful and internet and TV was great! Washer and Dryer made things convenient for taking less for the number of days stayed.
Additional TV's in other rooms would have been nice.

A nicely spiffed up family home. Comfy living room, well stocked kitchen, comfy beds, access to garage, washer/dryer, quiet neighborhood.
Vacasa’s wifi is awful! It won’t let you stay signed in. It was very frustrating.
The thermostat was hard to program-a minor issue.
Aside from that it was pretty perfect.
