Always great!

The condo was well placed for fun at Babes Beach and amusements like Rainforest Cafe and Moody Gardens were easily accessible.We especially liked watching the sunrise on the beach from the balcony.The space was roomy yet cozy. We had plenty of sleeping space for our group and the beds were comfortable. The kids enjoyed the bunk bed nook a lot. Having two toilet and sink areas was also appreciated.The kitchen was well enough equipped to allow us to make breakfast and lunch during our stay.Finally, we were impressed with the cleanliness of the condo.I would recommend this place to anyone traveling with family, friends and/or kids.

The location is perfect. The beds were comfortable. Everything was provided. The A/C was great. The best part was the balcony with the tall chairs close to the water. It was a blessing to sit out there in the morning with my coffee and my Bible study.

The listing is misleading and should be corrected. “Access to a washer and dryer” would be a more accurate description. The washer and dryer it mentions are not located in the condo. They are down on the ground level in a community laundry room. Condo is on the third floor. The listing mentions them along with air conditioning and balcony so you would assume they are in the condo. I NEVER book a condo at the beach with all that sand without a washer and dryer in the actual condo. It’s a nonnegotiable for me. We were in town for a softball tournament and were not at the condo much besides to sleep. We had to bring home tons of laundry in garbage bags due to not having time to frequently visit a public laundry room. My daughter had to wear partially dry sliding shorts one day because I didn’t have time to get them all the way dry when we did try to wash and dry some items. No iron anywhere. The condo could have been cleaner. Lots of crumbs in the fridge and floors were not clean at time of check in. Beds were decent. The location is convenient for the ball fields but the traffic outside the window can be incredibly loud into the late night hours. I would have complained and checked out within the first 10 minutes of arriving if anything else was available but it was 4th of July weekend so everything was booked. We stayed and tried to make the best of it. I would hate for other families to be suckered into this condo without knowing about the washer and dryer situation.
