I have loved privacy from day one. It was good and my family and I felt safe.
The location is good and quite
Not much......but it cannot all be perfect. The flat would need a dedicated cleaner to do a job just after the previous occupiers have left.

It was comfortable and very convenient for the city centre. The free parking was a real bonus.
Nothing major at all. It seems really petty but oven gloves and a baking tray were the only things missing for us.

Is okay
No staff but responded to our request

Good location, spacious living room, free parking space and easiness of picking up the keys. Responsive host.
The flat is neglected, needs deep cleaning. Appliances are old and not very easy to operate. There was some (used?) underwear left in the drawers and we could not use wardrobes as were full of rubbish. Kitchen is dirty.
