Appartement très charmant et spacieux en plein cœur de la ville. Literie de qualité.
Pas de volets aux fenêtres. Fauteuil cassé. Salle de bain minuscule et à rénover. Il faut ouvrir la douche pour s'asseoir sur les wc... Suffisant pour une nuit mais dommage vu la qualité du reste de l’appartement.

The location was absolutely perfect! The apartment was huge, very clean, quiet, and comfortable. The bed was okay, but overall everything else was exactly what we needed and we really enjoyed our stay.
We especially loved how spacious the apartment was. The building also felt very safe, which is always important when traveling.
Parking was in a nearby garage, but it was actually very close and easy to walk to, so that was definitely a big plus for us.
Overall, we had a wonderful stay. The location was amazing, the apartment was clean and very spacious, and we would absolutely love to stay here again!

Posizione in centro.
Appartamento tipico leccese con soffitto suggestivo bellissimo.
Una camera da letto molto grande e molto bella.
Il secondo letto si trova in soggiorno anch'esso abbastanza spazioso.
Zona e appartamento molto silenziosi.
Il proprietario disponibile.
Il bagno è molto datato ma funzionante.
La cucina c'è è funzionante ma è quasi inutilizzabile in quanto le poche stoviglie non sono proprio pulite come anche il microonde.
Al nostro arrivo il frigo era spento e ha impiegato un po' a rinfrescare.
Il condizionatore è solo nella camera da letto quindi manca l'aria condizionata in soggiorno dove tra l'altro c'è il secondo letto.

This apartment is in an incredible location, which was perfect for exploring the old town. The entrance area to the building is classy, the apartment itself is spacious, and it features wonderful high ceilings. Additionally, the host provided clear instructions for parking and gaining entry to the property.
Unfortunately, both the bathroom and kitchen are dated and in need of renewal. The major problem, however, was having no hot water for our evening showers, which is an essential amenity. The host was entirely unresponsive when we messaged for help, only replying much later at night. When we raised the issue, the host became defensive, claiming we simply didn't turn the handle correctly and arguing that the price paid was too low to warrant any customer service resolution. A low rate should never mean sacrificing basic hot water or receiving unprofessional communication.
