Although location wasn't important to me, it turned out perfect.
The staff were fantastic. Very profesional and caring. The first receptionist was a little unsure but Betheny took control and proceded above and beyond, to help.
The room was clean and the cleaning staff done a good job.
The bar / restaurant staff were great also.
All in all, a very comfortable and happy visit.
Thanks girls!!!!!!
Booking.com lied to me, in an email and lied to the staff of the hotel. Totally unexeptable!!!!
