Too far from nice eating places

The cleanliness, the staff and the bed - really comfortable

Only 1 elevator was working the whole time we were there.

The executive suite is really big! Master’s bed is a super huge King size bed! Bedding’s are soft, clean & smells good! So is the mattress! We slept through the night even with the soft karaoke songs of locals in the nearby neighborhood. We even have a powder room, extra restroom with toilet and sink by the entrance of our room. Though the toilet has to be fixed. Broken toilet & seat is unscrewed already. Needs replacement I gathered.

Generally, everything’s good! Though the breakfast which is included in our booking needs to be improved. All five days are Filipino breakfast. Daily processed food is always included (hotdogs, corned beef, salami, longganisa or ham). Cereals, soup or. Porridge, fruits (all these 5days stay the fruit is always watermelon! Pancake, bread & butter & jam (daily!!). Chef should be creative & at least make the jam sweet not sour! Cheese is easy to serve. Single sliced Cheddar will be a nice bread partner. I mean we can get a gourmet breakfast elsewhere that would even cost us less and satisfied! And will Not forget to include in our breakfast spread some vegetable salad with a simple dressing to start our day right!

The swimming pool. The beds were comfortable. The staff were good.

The check in experience rates as the worst I had experienced, and I have been travelling for 50 years.I arrived early at 12 midday, and done all the paper work, I was told to come back at 3 pm for the keys, as that is the check in time. I got back at 3 pm but had to line up for 40 minutes , just to get the keys. By the day I got back to the room it's nearly 4pm. The first day nearly gone. The breakfast is mostly filipino. Its far from the beach.
