The location is excellent – right on the pedestrian street near the bars (be prepared for night noise), 5 minutes from the station, and close to the lake. Key pickup was easy, though details about the floor and room name were missing.

However, the stay was ruined by poor facilities. There was no hot water and very weak water pressure for all 3 days. The host just gave generic advice online to drag out time but never fixed it. There were also ants on the floor and near the kettle. The hairdryer overheated every minute, and the kitchen lacked basic items like a knife, a bottle opener, and a small table. To make things worse, the communication felt off. We were pushed twice to pay the tourist tax before getting access, and on the first night, we received a degrading contract holding us liable for everything, which felt very unwelcoming given that basic amenities (like hot water) weren't even provided. Would not stay again.
