The entire compound was very spacious.
The pool was lovely. Friendly cats. Short walk to the main street where all the shops are located.
Would be nice if the rooms were larger and more luxurious. More service like offering change of towels (they provided on request) and cleaning of the entrance area would be nice. More variety or change of menu for breakfast.

Great location and staff very friendly and helpful.
Breakfast adequate and coffee available all day.
Gardens and pool area lovely and well cared for.
Quite quiet given proximity to centre. Amorin and all the staff were very polite and keen to help.
Bit of a drain smell but this seems more a Lombok water issue.
No safe in room which meant carrying everything with us.

The property was nicely laid out with lots of greenery and water features. The wood work in reception and on the furniture and the kittens were very cute. Staff were super friendly and the yogurt at breakfast was pretty delicious. During our stay (sept) it was pretty quiet at the hotel which was nice. You can hear the call to prayer for anyone who’s a light sleeper.
Unfortunately the room we were in was not clean and noticeably dirty on the floor, walls and curtains and especially the bathroom. The property was generally in need of some TLC in the rooms and the around the pool.
