Emplacement idéal , bel appartement confortable , parfait pour 2 personnes

Les codes d'accès n'étaient pas disponibles sur l'application qu'on m' avait demandé de télécharger , j'ai du téléphoner pour avoir les codes d'accès et la personne de la plateforme qui m'a répondu n'a pas été très sympathique et m'a même raccroché au nez sans me donner l'explication quel code pour quel porte....

The beds were comfortable and the living room was spacious. It was good to have a washing machine.

Only 1 adult received the keys. It took 3 phone calls to get keys for the other 3 adults who needed keys on their phones. It took us an hour when we first arrived which was frustrating.

Nice and clean, fairly well equipped, and in a decent location.

Digital lock didnt automatically load, so had to call a number to get access which was sorted fairly quickly (once we actually got hold of someone) but meant we were stuck for a while trying to get in.

Good location near a major transport hub but a quiet street. Comfy beds and spacious living area. This company uses digital apps for keys and this property has 3 keys, doors. Bit fiddly.

There is simply no comms from this company. If you have a problem and message them they don't respond in a timely way. Our 2nd stay with them and just as patchy as the first. On arrival for our 3 night stay we informed them that the air con or ventilation system was malfunctioning. It made for a very uncomfortable stay. Also no coffee making possible - no press or drip maker. there was a kettle only. They did not answer or send an engineer round to repair the malfunctioning vent system until our last evening ( very inconvenient) and he told us he had only been given the job two hours before he came. So basically they could not care less about the messages we sent them. Re the coffee pot - not available. Not good enough. when you self cater you expect to be able to make a decent breakfast. Our previous apartment with them had coffee maker so we bought filter papers, wasted on this one - we had to go to a coffee shop. On a minor issue the tv remote was not working- batteries were dead. We could not wantch tv. All very well to have so called smart tech in the apartment but need to leave instructions so people can't jam or break it as had obviously happened. Also there is no excuse for not leaving guests the instructions for any appliances. We dound one - it was in polish only. Would not use this company again because they have a scattergun casual approach to the inventory and services. Why does the cleaning service not notify the owners of malfunctions or things missing? Also, like the apartment in Bergen, other guests kept leaving the first set of doors open for any member of the public to walk through - leaving it vulnerable to security breaches. Will not stay with Vander or this partner company again.
