The cabin itself was spacious, clean, and beautifully laid out across three floors, giving our family plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the trip. It was the perfect place for our family getaway, and we would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

This Cabin was amazing, it has Beautiful Views. Every bed room has it's own bathroom. Had all the dishes needed to cook with. And does have a gas grill. Plenty of room for my family. My children loved hanging out down stairs in the game room. It's where they hung out the most. It does have a lot of stairs tho. But will definitely book again. My kids really like being able to go swim in the pools. The road are narrow so go slow and take your time.

First and foremost, this is a beautiful home with a fantastic layout and breathtaking panoramic views. The furnishings, amenities, and kitchen supplies are also great. We were, however, disappointed with the quality and responsiveness of the maintenance team. The TVs in the main living room and bunk room (where the kids were sleeping) were not working upon arrival. We sent notice to the maintenance team and received a text response simply stating, "Are the TVs plugged in? I will make a note of all of this." Yes, the TVs were plugged in but we received no help with this issue throughout the stay, although we were able to get the TVs to work eventually after multiple rounds of disconnecting and restarting the wifi. The community pool was not swimmable for the first couple days of our trip (cloudy and murky). Additionally, the arcade games in the game room stopped working a few days into the trip so we called the maintenance line. The person who answered was very rude. He asked us to flip the breaker. When we could not find the breaker he kept repeating that the breaker was on an open wall in the game room. We kept responding that we did not see it, and he acted like we were idiots. We eventually found the breaker box behind one of the game systems and the maintenance worker said the game system is not supposed to be in front of the breaker box and accused us of moving the game system in front of the breaker box before we called him. This was, of course, not true. The games worked after we flipped the breaker but the experience of requesting help from maintenance was pretty unpleasant. Bottom line, this cabin is worth the stay but if you have a maintenance issue, don't expect any useful assistance from the management company.

Be ready for a steep drive, but when you get to the cabin, the views are amazing! I did send pictures to the management company of all the dead & alive insects and they said they would take care of it, but nothing was done during our 7 day stay. The cleaners should have taken care of this before our arrival. The windows in the living room were also not cleaned. This was very noticable.
