環境氛圍好，住宿設備相當豐富也講究，客房優異。
辦理入住時是由一位會講華語的人員服務，感到非常親切友善且輕鬆，是很意外的驚喜，很謝謝她（忘了記下芳名，很不好意思）。畢竟有心理準備會是日籍工作人員接待，需要用到破破的日語應對。^_^
提供好多花樣及尺寸的浴衣給住客選擇，我第一次穿到自己很喜歡的花色也很符合身材的浴衣，好漂亮（不看臉的話）。泡湯出來就有販賣機可以喝到涼涼的牛奶飲品，好喜歡。
飯店內的餐飲營業到很晚，對住客非常方便。
非常完美。
我一定會再來。

Excellent onsen with lovely views, but also sauna and several pools. Large comfortable room. Breakfast buffet typical of Japanese hotels.

It was the best stat in Hokkaido! Love the little cottage and it was so comfortable, warm and beautiful. We visited the zoo and enjoyed the onsen. Outdoor onsen was a big surprise, we can still see the beautiful snow mountains. We had a great time and will definitely come back for a visit.
