Great location, clean, stylish, comfy bed.
Host's not very friendly attitude. Got a flat "computer-says-no" rejection to a request to check out at 11:00 instead of 10:00am (on a Sunday).
The internet in the room is painfully slow (recorded download speeds of only 3Mb)
I found the auto lights (movement sensor activated) in the hall, bathroom and kitchenette annoying.
As the flat is on the top floor, it's two flights of stairs (no lift).
Although advertised with parking, I was told it was not available.

My go to apartment everytime I'm in Southampton. It's the perfect location for me, 1 street away from the train station and quick stroll into town, and tesco within walking distance. Feels very safe, nice neighbours, great communication with the landlord, always clean.

Haven't stayed here for ages, is still immaculate and extremely clean. My go to place when I have work in Southampton. Very quiet, and the bed is so comfortable, get the best sleep here!! It's also 5min walk from the train station so convenient. Thankyou for having me.

the flat was clean and the bed is very comfy
there was a distinct smell of stale cigarette smoke coming from nearby flats. the kitchen was fine for a short stay however not adequate for a long stay
