Nice character studio room, with a comfortable bed. Full laundry, coffee maker and kitchen basics. Nice quiet street with quality homes and a good coffee house across the road.
Very noisy air-conditioner mounted right above the bed really spoiled the experience . Too hot to do without.

The location was perfect for me. It has a very good Asian restaurant across the street. It is a short drive to downtown Memphis or to other parts of Memphis. The hosts were very responsive and were always available which is very nice.
For the most part, everything was copacetic. The fan in the bathroom didn’t work but that is a very minor issue.

Overall good location!
If you have a truck, better park on Peabody instead of the actual parking behind the building. Small and slim driveway only fit for a car and not a pickup truck
