Overall, we had a very good stay and there were several things we really appreciated about the property. The location was great, the check-in process was flawless, and the management team was quick to respond to our requests. Beach access was very convenient, and the tent and chair service was excellent.That said, there were a few things we wish we had known ahead of time. There is a public beach access point right next to the property’s beach access, and although the property advertises a “private beach,” it did not appear to be monitored or enforced. Because of that, many people using the beach did not seem to be staying at the property, and at times people tried to set up directly in front of our chairs even though we had paid for premium spots.We were also disappointed that we were unable to see the sunset from our balcony. The unit is on the second floor, which became an issue because the guests above us were walking around at all hours of the night, making it difficult to sleep on some nights. Additionally, the guests below us were frequently smoking, which made it hard to enjoy the balcony at times.Overall, the location, access to the beach, chair service, and responsiveness of the management team were all positives. With a little more transparency about the beach setup, balcony view, and potential noise/smoking concerns from surrounding units, future guests would have a clearer picture of what to expect.

HIGHLY recommend! Beautiful upgraded condo, RIGHT on the beach (literally just steps away). Smooth and seamless check-in/check-out process. Couldn’t have asked for anything else! We will definitely be staying here again!

Unit was clean, comfortable and well appointed. We appreciated the provision of small additions like toiletry items, dishwashing liquid, etc. Linens were very nice and beds were comfortable. The view of the beach was amazing and the proximity to beach access was great! Area was not as walk friendly as we had hoped - sidewalk only on one side and shared with multiple bicyclists - but there were restaurants and other services close to the unit.
