The accommodation was excellent and exceeded our expectations. It was spacious, and perfectly suited for our family of five adults with plenty of room for everyone to relax comfortably. Everything was exceptionally clean and well maintained, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The location was ideal for us with a 12 minute walk downhill, offering easy access to Funchal's attractions, restaurants, and shops while still being in a peaceful area with the locals. The steep walk back uphill was great exercise with amazing views. It was a great base for exploring Madeira and made getting around the whole island very convenient. The water and mountain views from the terrace were spectacular.Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this accommodation to families looking for a comfortable, clean, and well-located place to stay in Funchal.

Perfect for what or group of four runners needed! Excellent location. Easy access to everything. Quiet, safe neighbourhood. Amazing views. Clean. Host was easy to contact. We appreciated the patio space, views, washing machine and secure garage. Would stay here again!

Fantastic location with views over Funchal. The apartment was comfortable and exceptionally clean. It had everything we needed for our holiday. Check in process was seamless with someone awaiting our arrival. Host very responsive to any queries we had. As mentioned in other reviews it was on a steep hill but we expected that so was no problem for us. Supermarket and Funchal only 10 minute walk away.

Well equipped house with great views over Funchal. It had everything you need including a large garage. Good size rooms. Beds were a bit hard though. Shower heads need replacing as it was like using a hose pipe. The house is on a steep hill in case you are on foot so be aware. Ana was helpful and quick to respond to our queries.
