The crown is a pleasant village pub well located for visiting the fascinating churches in the region. There was a pleasant friendly atmosphere in the evening. The room was perfect for an overnight stop with comfortable beds and a good shower. We had a full English breakfast, which was delicious.

Charm, friendly and owners were very helpful. Room was perfectly adequate and the breakfast was excellent. The informality was appealing also.
Room had a Bath , would have preferred a shower. Towels were small and a little hard.

V quirky little pub in a beautiful village ,surrounded by mountains .
Staff were v friendly.
Dinner was v good and plenty of choice.
A little bit dated,esp the mattresses but didn’t spoil our stay.
