Galata Master Hotel

The staff were all so welcoming. Eager to help and give directions and tips of how to travel around the city. After the hussle and bussle of Cairo it was so nice ti have a relaxing experience, in a laid back hotel.

I can not think off any thing that was negative about my stay except the steep walk up to Galata Tower. But that was a small price to pay for such a lovely experience.

Great location and super friendly staff. The value was pretty good as well because I booked in advanced. Near major attractions or quick tram/bus ride away. Had all the essentials for a good holiday.

Neat little place to stay tucked in a cosy street in the Beyoglu district which happens to be a great neighbourhood and my favourite place to stay in Istanbul. Quaint shops and fabulous restaurants all around, close to the bustling Galataport area, Istiklal Street and Taksim with just about anything you could need within foot’s reach. I enjoyed my stay here - very clean and very comfortable beds, and the service and hospitality, above all, was exceptional, beyond 5-star, run by some of the most polite, well-spoken, helpful and well-mannered chaps I’ve ever met! I will be back for sure!

The location of the property was great. The staff were also very kind and helpful.

I think the property could do with an upgrade and a good deep clean.
