Amazing view! Very good location exactly on sea and close with promenade where the many restaurants. Morning time easy to buy fresh croissants in bakery or just walk on see and take breakfast on sand.

Awesome view and very close to the beach and a community mall.
Getting to Nice and back once the bus/trains service was closed was terribly expensive!
