MEDITERRANEAN VILLA WITH TRULLO 800 M. FROM THE SEA BETWEEN GALLIPOLI AND LEUCA
La villa, de construction récente, est situé dans une zone d'environ 5000 mètres carrés. La propriété est entourée par un mur de pierres sèches qui offre intimité et de détente. Dans les arbres de la propriété coexistent d'oliviers, de figuiers, d'amandiers et de maquis méditerranéen se compose de mastic, myrte, caroubiers, d'oliviers, de câpres, de romarin, de thym et d'arbousiers. En face de la villa il ya un petit trullo construit autour de 1800, trullo est possible de se détendre, lire ou faire une sieste.
La villa dispose d'un grand porche où vous pourrez déguster le petit-déjeuner, déjeuner ou dîner en plein air ou de converser et se détendre sur les chaises longues. La villa dispose de 5 lits dans une grande salle que grâce à l'agencement spatial assure intimité et le confort. En fait, l'espace de vie est marqué avec 2 chambres séparées par une mezzanine desservie par 2 salles de bains. L'intérieur de la villa est refroidi par l'air conditionné efficace pour l'été.
À l'extérieur de la villa il y a une structure efficace utilisée comme barbecue et des zones équipées comme solarium.

Eligio is a wonderful host and the house is really beautiful

Located on the edge of the town, this quiet and secure villa was just perfect for me and my wife to enjoy a belated honeymoon. The inside of the property was clean, well furnished with everything we needed for a stay of 9 nights. The spacious outside area was great for Yoga in the morning and spending the cool evenings. At the time of year we went, had a great light show most evenings from the thunderstorms that were happening further up the coast. The host was most accommodating and was on hand whenever needed. There was a great personal welcome and introduction to the property with some great advice on how to get the best from our vacation. I can also thoroughly recommend a trip to Fontanelle beach which is approximately 10km south on the coast road. Check out was equally simple and easy and the host spent some time to tell us about some of the history of the property and the previous generations that had worked on it.

This was our first trip to Salento and did not really know what to expect. Our expectations were not just met but exceeded in every way. Eligio was an amazing, warm and generous host and nothing was too much trouble. The villa was immaculately clean, well appointed and set in an olive grove overlooking the sea. The atmosphere was tranquil and relaxing, a perfect setting to unwind from our busy lives. The nearest small town of Capilungo was very quiet but scenery quite captivating. Our favourite beach was between San Giovanni and Torre Mozza, a stretch of perfect golden sand and clear blue sea with few people there, only 20 minutes drive away and far better than the well known 'Maldives' beach. We drove to Racale most evenings to eat in a few of the wonderful local restaurants and enjoyed a weekend of festivities. We also visited the beautiful town of Lecce which was unmissable for the amazing architecture and cobbled streets. If you are looking for quiet stunning beaches, a warm welcome, fantastic food and an authentic Italian experience then this is the place to go! Thank you Eligio
