Location, amount of bedrooms, comfortable beds, jacuzzi, equipped kitchen.
The house requires better maintenance and upkeep. The blinds don’t close properly, there is a broken window, peeling paint on the walls, unclean dishes in the cupboards, and so on. The garden could also be improved in terms of its appearance and maintenance.

התארחנו בוילה 3 לילות ונהנינו מאוד. הוילה גדולה, מרווחת ונקייה מאוד, במיקום מצוין – כ-5 דקות הליכה מהים וכ-5 דקות ממינימרקט.
הבית מאובזר מאוד, במיוחד המטבח, כך שכמעט . חיכו לנו מכונת קפה עם קפסולות, סבונים, שמפו ומרכך, מגבות ומצעים . מיטות נוחות עם מזרונים טובים-זה דבר קריטי ומשפיע מאוד על החופשה, שמיכות פוך וכריות נוחות.
הסלון מרווח ומפנק, עם ספה גדולה וטלוויזיה גדולה. המקלחות מצוידות במים חמים בחימום מהיר. יש מזגן טוב בכל החדרים.
יש ממ”ד בקומת המרתף.
החצר אמנם אינה גדולה, אך נעימה עם פרטיות, וכוללת פינת ישיבה יפה, שולחן אוכל, מנגל גז וג’קוזי מצוין.
מעל הכול, בעל הבית היה אדיב, זמין ומשתף פעולה לאורך כל השהייה, וסייע בכל דבר שנדרש.

Spacious , Jacuzzi and very close to the beach
There multiple minor issues ( TV remotes not working , some damages from previous tenants) but all issues were immediately addressed by the owners
