The proximity to the village. The style of the property - kitchen upstairs, bedrooms downstairs. The lay out was great and very peaceful! Enjoyed the hot tub too
Maybe the branches on patio need cutting back as obscured the sun a bit but otherwise fab!

The lodge is ideally located within St Agnes on the Road down to Trevaunance cove. It has its own parking, is close to 2 very good and popular pubs. It has the bonus of a hot tub which sadly I didn't have time to use. The downstairs bedrooms are of a good size and the beds comfortable. The showers are both excellent.
Parking can be tricky due to the other users of the car park not always thinking of access to the designated space. Still its a bonus to have in such a popular area.
The access to the living room area is up an open staircase which was tricky for my Dad who has limited mobility. Small children would need watching too. There are good hand rails.
