We booked this place only for one night because it was close to the airport and we had a very early flight next day in the morning. For a short stay it is ok, but I won't spend more than max 2 nights there. The host was super nice and helpful.
Being just next to the airport runaway it is super noisy. The area around is not the most exciting to be around.

Nähe Flughafen. Super nette gemütliche Unterkunft für eine oder zwei Nächte.

We have just spent one transfer day in the Bella Apartment but we really enjoyed it, especially the short way to the plane spotting place at the sea.
The apartment was very well equipped - they took care for every options :-)
All in all the apartment was cozy and we can recommend staying here.
Because of the close location to the airport you cannot ignore the noise mainly of the flight departures.
But that is not a secret so I don’t wanna complain about it :-)
